There's nothing petite about this piece of cutlery. When I cook turkeys or roasts this Cutco knife makes me look like a professional cook. Those big turkeys can be impossible to cut up otherwise, but the Cutco petite carver makes it easy.

The slicer is as all-purpose as cutlery gets. No 1 purpose behind this Cutco knife and I have used mine for many things. But it makes that all purpose knife if you have many different things to cut up.
Cutco Petite Chef Knife
Like the petite carver, there's nothing petite about this knife. I love this knife, but only because I learned how to use it properly. It's huge, but it's meant to slice up things quickly. This piece of kitchen cutlery makes me feel professional.
Cutco Table Knife
This is the same as steak knife cutlery. Functionally, I love the table knife. I've actually cut through steak without sawing. The knife is so sharp I can just push straight down. And it doesn't take much force.
